At the beginning of each new Rugby season, Junior teams (U10 - U16) are graded into different divisions based on ability level and previous seasons results.
As such, where an age group has more than one team, a grading process occurs to give all players the opportunity to demonstrate their talents, to a variety of independent selectors thus giving all them (irrespective of the team they played with in the previous season) a chance to play in division and team that suits their ability.
